DG HR colleagues work in a wide range of professional fields. This survey aims to identify shared and role-specific learning needs and help shape future learning priorities and offers for DG HR. The results will also help us make better use of existing Commission learning packages and other forms of learning and support.
Learning and development includes courses and training, as well as guidance, coaching, mentoring, peer learning, job shadowing and learning through day-to-day work.
The survey takes approximately 12–15 minutes and is open until 31 October 2026. Responses are confidential and results will be reported at Directorate level.
